Usage Instructions:

• Dosage Based on Body Weight:

  • 5.4mg Tablets:

    • Up to 5 kg: ½ tablet twice daily

    • 10 kg: 1 tablet twice daily

    • 20 kg: 2 tablets twice daily

  • 16mg Tablets:

    • 10 kg: ½ tablet twice daily

    • 20 kg: 1 tablet twice daily

  • For dogs over 20 kg: Dosage as prescribed by a registered veterinarian
