Royal Canin is one of the best dog foods I have ever used in my entire life it used to be super affordable as well. Keyword there, used to be. With the economy the way it is and the gas price is through the roof and the cost of living through the roof and the grocery store bill doubling or tripling when you walk out feeling like you didn’t get anything at all. Times like this are when great companies do great things, and they don’t let their customers feel the effects of a drastically changing economy. Some of my other favorite companies started doing vouchers and receipts and better reward programs for buying their product. Do you know anything to offset the cost to make their customers feel good. Unfortunately royal Canin did not do any of these things. They actually did the complete opposite. They doubled the price of their food and blamed it on inflation saying that production cost are up which I’m sure they are but they are not up that much, especially to a company that makes so much money. But they did the complete opposite. They don’t have vendors in the stores anymore handing coupons out and if you call or email their customer service they will send you some coupons that you can’t use together or stack which every little bit helps and I am grateful for, but when you double the price of your food and give someone a five dollar coupon, it doesn’t even take care of the sales tax With my dogs being Used to eating their food, we can’t switch even though we’ve tried so the moral of my review is royal. Canin is one of the best dog foods on the market but I highly suggest getting any other dog food unless you can absolutely afford it, because as much as it saddens me to say this company Does not care about the people who buy their products. I hope someday it changes.
