    • Essential fatty acids supplies Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids cannot be produced by animals themselves and would have to be added to efficiently restore the hydrolipidic film and support the skin barrier function.
    • Essential oil develop synergies & complement the action of EFA.
    • Sulphur is effective for the treatment of surface dwelling parasites and dermatophytosis (Ringworm).
    • Salicylic Acid is keratolytic that helps in desquamation by decreasing skin pH, which subsequently increases water absorption by the keratin in the stratum corneum.
    • Benzoic acid works as a pediculicide and scabicide in dogs.
